International & Travel Retail Consultants (ITRC) has brought together aRcj Distribution Limited and Techstyle Accessories in a new partnership covering mobile accessories and wireless speakers for Diesel and Volkswagen across the UK, Brazil and global travel retail.
Under the agreement, aRcj Distribution has been appointed exclusive distributor for the licensed product ranges in the two domestic markets as well as the travel retail channel worldwide. The deal combines Techstyle’s experience in designing and manufacturing fashion-led tech accessories with aRcj’s established sourcing, logistics and retail execution capabilities, supported by ITRC’s role in structuring and delivering the partnership.
Based in the Netherlands, Techstyle Accessories develops licensed mobile accessories and audio products for a portfolio of globally recognised lifestyle brands, with distribution spanning more than 50 markets. aRcj Distribution, headquartered in the UK, brings strong operational reach in both the UK and Brazil, offering end-to-end distribution services from import management through to in-store execution, making it well placed to scale the brands in both domestic and travel retail environments.
Rob Penn, Managing Director of aRcj Distribution Limited, said, “We are delighted to partner with Techstyle Accessories to bring the energy of the Diesel and Volkswagen brands to retailers and consumers in our territories. This collaboration unites our regional expertise with Techstyle’s category leadership, and the result will be an exciting range of mobile and audio products that resonate with both lifestyle and travel retail audiences.”
Bas Somers, COO of Techstyle Accessories, added, “This partnership with aRcj Distribution, guided by ITRC’s deep knowledge of the travel retail sector, gives us a powerful route to market in the UK, Brazil and beyond. We’re confident that the combination of our design strengths with aRcj’s distribution network will deliver real growth.”
Rob Robertaccio, President of International & Travel Retail Consultants, commented: “aRcj and Techstyle share a common vision for lifestyle-driven tech accessories that stand out in both domestic and duty free retail. This agreement is a clear example of how the right partnerships can unlock new opportunities across global travel retail.”
