Janneau to present ‘new look’ at TFAP

By Doug Newhouse |

Janneau Grand Armagnac will be showing its new logo and packaging, plus ‘key visuals’ at next month’s TFAP show.

The classic Armagnac company’s stand number A26 will also be the location for the company’s new ‘luxurious packaging’, plus its new advertising visuals and details of its new website [online from  May 2014-Ed].

Commenting on the developments, Managing Director and owner Fabio Massimo Giovinetti said: “While our award winning quality rests unchanged and uncompromised since 1851, a new chapter opens at Janneau in terms of its brand image and communication.

“Janneau, as a respected brand in the spirits world and leading in its category, Armagnac, has the duty to remain attractive to its consumers, and therefore adapt visually and emotionally to cultural changes, in order to always be contemporary.”

‘THE MOST AWARDED ARMAGNAC’

The company says it has modernised its image, but remained ‘loyal to its values’, with no compromise on quality or forward thinking, while remaining independent.

It also says that its international brand focus exclusively on premium positioning in Armagnac remains the driving force behind its varied range of XO and Vintage Armagnacs. It also claims proudly to be the most awarded Armagnac in major industry tasting competitions, having won more than 83 medals over the last 12 years.

Janneau is easily Armagnac’s number one export brand and the leading Armagnac in travel retail in Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, and the Gulf states. The company also points to new regions of development today, including China, South East Asia, Japan, Korea and Taiwan, while  Asian airlines are also said to be a primary focus.
