Jean Paul Gaultier’s iconic Le Mâle scent joins the Navy
By Charlotte Turner |
Hot on the heels of launching Jean Paul Gaultier’s Classique Cabaret eau de parfum for the ladies, Puig now reveals that it has extended its JPG iconic Le Mâle fragrance range with a new limited edition eau de toilette called, In The Navy.
Other JPG launches this year include a range extension to the Scandal fragrance line, ‘Scandal by Night’ in addition to the release of Gaultier Airlines travel exclusives Classique Eau Fraîche for women and Le Mâle Eau Fraîche, in April this year.
The new In the Navy scent (125ml) is available now in travel retail Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific and will launch in the Middle East in March.
Labelled an ‘aquatic, aromatic oriental fougère’, the key fragrance notes are peppermint, vanilla and ambergris.
“The dark blue flacon takes the shape of Jean Paul Gaultier’s signature male torso decorated with blue and white stripes, reminiscent of navy uniforms,” says Puig. “The box comes in a playful design featuring two arm-wrestling sailors.”
