Jens Degner leaves Gebr. Heinemann global business development role

Jens Degner has left Gebr. Heinemann having joined the company in 2004.

Jens Degner, Director Global Business Development, has left German family-owned company Gebr. Heinemann, effective 31 August 2019.

According to statement from the company, Degner reached a mutual agreement to depart in order to face ‘new professional challenges.’

Heinemann says his accomplishments since joining the company in 2004, have left a lasting impact on the organisation.

Claus Heinemann, Co-owner, Gebr. Heinemann said: “Jens Degner has built up, developed and significantly shaped our Business Development department and played a substantial role in winning major concessions at international airports like Copenhagen, Oslo, Amsterdam and Istanbul for our company.

“On behalf of the entire Executive Board we would like to thank Jens Degner for the longstanding, good and trustful cooperation and his outstanding contribution to our continued growth. We wish him all the best for his future endeavours.”
