Those who visit on Wimbledon’s Quarter Finals and Men’s Finals days will be able to taste the new bubbly alongside a menu specially created by Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous, who has officially been appointed as the Lanson’s Chef Ambassador from June 2022.

“Champagne Lanson was a natural fit for me to partner with,” said Dabbous, who earned recognition on the London food scene with his eponymous restaurant in 2012 and today is at the helm of HIDE restaurant in Piccadilly.

“Their Champagnes are finessed with absolute vitality – an ideal partner to my ingredient lead and elegant menus at HIDE.”

Beyond Wimbledon, the partnership will see Dabbous create seasonal dishes to pair with Champagne Lanson cuvées – many of which will be showcased on the HIDE wine list by the glass.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Ollie over the next three years,” said Robert Rand, Managing Director at Champagne Lanson UK.
