Delivering exclusive consumer insights
Organised by TRBusiness with event partner m1nd-set, the TR Consumer Forum is the travel retail industry’s only conference that places the consumer at the heart of the conversation.

Michael Barrett, Head of Events and Corporate Social Responsibility at TRBusiness.
This year’s agenda is curated under the theme of ‘Facing the Future; Preparing for Tomorrow’s Consumer Today’ and will address a variety of top priority topics to help stakeholders strategise and stay relevant to the travelling consumer from all regions. As is customary, delegates will be presented with exclusive consumer insights valued at six figures, courtesy of m1nd-set.
All delegates are guaranteed to gain a deep understanding of the latest consumer trends, thanks to leading speakers and expertly curated, exclusive and up-to-the-minute research presented by m1nd-set during the two-day conference.

There are ample opportunities to network and socialise with industry colleagues. These include the opening cocktail, networking dinner, coffee breaks and closing cocktail – many of which will be providing a unique sense of place.
New for 2023: Green Shoots Exchange
The TR Consumer Forum has been extended for 2023, with an extra half-day educational session taking place on the afternoon of Wednesday 21 June.
The new session, titled Green Shoots Exchange, will focus solely on sustainability. It will provide a platform for new ideas, products and services that bear a strong social and/or environmental DNA, especially for new and recent entrants to the industry.
