A strong line-up of influential industry stakeholders have confirmed their participation in the TR Consumer Forum 2022, which is taking place from 4-6 September in Limassol, Cyprus.
Airports joining the industry’s only consumer-centric conference, organised by TRBusiness and m1nd-set, include London Heathrow Airport, Munich Airport, Vantage Airport Group, Hermes Airports and Athens Airport.
They will be joined by executives from leading retailers including Aer Rianta International, Cyprus Duty Free (the Host Sponsor for the event), Dufry, Lagardère Travel Retail, Dubai Duty Free and Gateretail.

Now in its second instalment, the TR Consumer Forum continues to place the consumer at the heart of the entire agenda.
At the two-day conference, delegates will be brought up to date on the latest consumer perspectives on a range of topics, from how the customer journey is being redefined, to the changing dynamics of purchase drivers, including social media influencers, in-store tech and the growing influence of sales associates.
In addition, consumer insights by m1nd-set worth six figures in value if independently commissioned, will be revealed exclusively at the event, giving all those attending a masterclass in catering to consumer expectations.
