Leading DF&TR operators back accelerating TR Consumer Forum

A premier lineup of DF&TR operators plan to attend the Travel Retail Consumer Forum, as anticipation builds ahead of the industry’s first physical event to reconnect stakeholders since the beginning of the pandemic.

Co-organisers TRBusiness and leading Swiss consumer travel research firm m1nd-set continue to strengthen an unmissable conference and networking programme, which is set to showcase over two days on 20-22 September 2021 at the London Hilton Paddington hotel.

Registration for the Travel Retail Consumer Forum officially opened on Tuesday 29 June.

Lagardère Travel Retail, Aer Rianta International, 3Sixty Duty Free, WHSmith International, Inflight Sales Group Europe and R+F Travel Retail/Stena Line have already voiced their support for the event and (subject to travel restrictions) committed to sending representatives to London (TRBusiness will be revealing further attendees in due course).

In addition, the European Travel Retail Confederation (ETRC) has also confirmed its intention to attend the event.

The early bird registration fee is £495, which will be valid until 31 July. After that date, the standard rate of £595 will apply.

In the unlikely event that the Travel Retail Consumer Forum is postponed, the registration fee will be automatically carried over to permit entry to the rescheduled event. Alternatively, a full refund is available.

The offer of a refund will also be extended to those with country-level travel restrictions in place at the time the event is due to take place.
