Leading industry stakeholders, including brands, retailers, associations and operators, are arriving en force at the luxurious Parklane, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, Cyprus, for the start of the TR Consumer Forum.
A welcoming cocktail sponsored by Beam Suntory and Stoli Group hosted on the resplendent lawns of the hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea this evening (4 September) will provide delegates with a coveted chance to network with colleagues old and new before the two-day conference kicks off officially tomorrow morning (Monday 5 September).
Registration has been open from 2pm today, inviting delegates to collect their welcome bags containing a fantastic collection of gifts from a selection of our sponsors.
The forum, now in its second year, is organised by TRBusiness and m1nd-set and is the travel retail industry’s only consumer-centric conference.
Over the next two days, delegates can take a deep dive into a carefully curated global conference agenda designed to deliver a masterclass in ‘Curating a Customer Centric Culture’.
A powerful line-up of speakers are taking to the stage to share their views on a selection of the most pertinent discussion points on the theme, from successfully creating a sense of place to aligning with today’s conscious consumer expectations, and much more.
The Exhibiton Showcase will open from 8am tomorrow (Monday 5 September) in the Park Room.
There, delegates can start the day with a networking coffee, courtesy of Ritter Sport, and meet with exhibitors Altavia Travel Retail, Blueprint, Coeur De Lion, DutyFreak Airport Store, GMAX Travel Retail, Intelligent Track Systems, NORA Norway and ZYN.

The conference will begin at 9am sharp, with introductions followed by an Opening Address by Yiannis Karousos, Cyprus Minister of Transport, Communications & Works.
A highlight of the conference is the m1nd-set consumer insights that are being revealed exclusively to delegates at key points throughout the two day event.
These rich insights, which form a research package worth six figures in value if commissioned independently, will provide talking points for almost all of the sessions.
You can find out more about the m1nd-set research in our previous article.
Networking is also an important element of the forum, with a total of 12 opportunities to for attendees to meet across the three days, brought to you thanks to our sponsors.
