Low-cost gambling?

Ryanair Ceo Michael O'Leary is grabbing the headlines again with his latest suggestion that the introduction of gambling onboard flights could eliminate the need for the airline to charge air fares at all. He said

the airline wants to introduce betting and computer games onto its fleet within two years.
