Lucid and Fréderique Constant part company

Swiss watch manufacturer Fréderique Constant has announced that it is to part company with its long-time travel retail duty free agent Lucid Initiatives, while also paying tribute to the ‘significant contribution’ made by the agency’s owner Paul Martin.
In a statement, the watch company said: “Fréderique Constant SA has announced that travel retail agent Mr Paul Martin and his company Lucid Initiatives Ltd will no longer be working with Fréderique Constant SA, effective February 1st, 2011.
“Paul Martin, who has been an independent agent for the company for the past eight years, has significantly contributed to the development of Fréderique Constant in global travel retail markets. On behalf of Fréderique Constant SA, we thank Paul and we wish him all success in his future endeavours.”
The watch company added that Adrienne Ogier – Serot Almeras will now take over all duty free accounts from February 1. She has been with the company since March 2010.
