M1nd-set celebrates 100th client milestone & strong first half results

Swiss research agency m1nd-set is delighted to announce that it has taken on its 100th client; a major milestone in its 12-year history.

 

The global company specialises in travel research, working with brands from all travel retail categories, airlines, airports, duty free retailers, media companies, and trade associations.

 

M1nd-set is a regular contributor to travel industry events and partners with leading travel retail publication TRBusiness on the Travel Retail Awards, the only consumer-voted awards initiative in travel retail.

 

At the second awards ceremony held in Singapore last month, eighteen awards were handed out to airports and brands, based entirely on consumers’ own evaluations.

 

The agency also conducts the world’s leading airline customer satisfaction programme airs@t in partnership with IATA and 30 leading international airlines across the globe.

DEMAND FOR BESPOKE RESEARCH

“The business has grown considerably due to an increased interest and demand from major companies across all categories in travel retail, for bespoke research,” says the company.

 

“Demand for tailor-made research reports over the past three years also demonstrates the greater need for a deeper understanding of shopper behaviour in travel retail (airports, cruise & ferry, downtown, border shops).”

 

Sales performance has also boosted thanks to the increased development of m1nd-set’s consumer insights tool; ‘Business 1ntelligence Service’ (B1S).

 

The tool consolidates m1nd-set’s unique shopper insights, compiled from interviews with nearly 100,000 travellers globally in combination with the world’s most accurate air traffic forecast data from IATA, including exclusive data on nationalities, destinations, airlines on airport and terminal level.
