In the latest edition, we discover that the top-performing duty free shops boast a staff engagement rate of 68%, versus 26% in the poorest performing stores.

 

Overall, 46% of buyers that interact with sales personnel are positively influenced by them in the path to purchase, with electronics (53%), skincare (51%) and perfumes (50%) ranking among the highest categories where sales staff have had the most positive influence on the purchase.
