In this edition m1nd-set tells us that 57% of global travel retail shoppers buy from a brand they are already familiar with.
Interestingly, almost 20% of shoppers say that brand loyalty is the number one reason why they make a purchase in duty free & travel retail; this percentage is even higher among those in the Middle East & Africa as well as Business and First Class travellers.
