Mums with Love reveals first range; set to make impression at TFWA Cannes

A new skin and body care range is hoping to coax interest from buyers attending the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference (24-28 October).

Mums with Love, which launched its first assortment on 15 October, is aimed at children and infants but is also suitable for the entire family.

The products place a strong emphasis on their sustainability and wellbeing credentials, being Allergy Certified, Nordic Swan Ecolabel, Vegan and 100% fragrance-free.

The company is the brainchild of Brand-Mover Founder Karina Lassen, who has more than 19 years’ experience in perfumes, cosmetics, skincare and bodycare and is well-known in travel retail for her time at Pilgrim Jewellery and work with brands such as Sif Jakobs Jewellery.

She tells TRBusiness that the brand has already secured a listing at Denmark’s Aalborg Airport and has planned meetings at the TFWA World Exhibition with a view to growing Mums with Love’s presence in the industry.

‘PRODUCTS WITH A CLEAR CONSCIENCE’

Mums with Love was created after several years of research into pure skincare and body care products for babies and children that contain no harmful ingredients, while offering visual appeal to bathrooms.

“It has been important for me to develop products with ingredients that are safe for babies and children’s skin,” said Lassen. “In my world, skincare and bodycare must be transparent so you can use the products with a clear conscience [for] yourself and your children’s skin.”

The company has the backing of investor Claus Hommelhoff, who has many years of experience in the investment and finance industry and is, among other things, founder of several companies in Denmark.

“The combination of sustainable and responsible solutions is what binds my business together,” added Lassen. “Furthermore, it is important to mention that all products are affordable for everyone.”
