Laboratoire Nuxe has announced Elodie Brunner as Head of Export, Travel Retail & Middle East and Caroline Goix as Global Travel Retail Sales and Marketing Manager.

The two senior hires follow the departure of respected Nuxe Global Travel Retail Director Marion Bruimaud.

TRBusiness gathers that Bruimad has left the company to take up a new position with the Terroirs et Vignerons de Champagne cooperative, which counts Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte and Champagne Castelnau within its portfolio.

This publication has reached out to Bruimaud for comment.

Long-serving and respected Nuxe Global Travel Retail Director Marion Bruimaud has left the company.

Brunner joined the Nuxe travel retail team in 2019 and is currently leading negotiations with key global partners for the launch of the Nuxe E-Retail business.

Prior to joining Nuxe, she spent 14 years working in the beauty industry where she acquired experience working in operational marketing with YSL Beauté Australia, plus marketing and commercial roles over a 12-year career at Shiseido Group.

“I am delighted to be taking on this challenging role,” said Brunner. “Nuxe has gone from strength to strength in travel retail since it first entered the market in 2013 and I look forward to continuing that success story.”

Goix, who reports to Brunner, arrived in the Nuxe travel retail team in 2018 as a Key Account Manager.

She brings 20 years’ experience in travel retail across the cosmetics, fragrance & luxury goods categories working with fragrance brands such as Boss, Lacoste, Rochas, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, and Escada.

Her career began in the perfume and cosmetic categories with Parfums Balmain, then in travel retail with Cosmopolitan Cosmetics/Rochas, thereafter she spent 14 years with Procter & Gamble in the EMEA region.
