New HR head at LVMH

The LVMH Group has appointed the former head of Nestl?'s Corporate Management Development and Sourcing Chantal Gaemperle as its new Director of Human Resources.

‘We are delighted to welcome Chantal Gaemperle to LVMH where she will bring a great deal of talent, energy and experience,’ said LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault.
Gaemperle, 44, is a graduate of Lausanne University who first started with Philip Morris before moving to Merrill Lynch as Director of Human Resources for Switzerland. She replaces Concetta Lanciaux who is moving from LVMH ‘to take up an external post as head of a new strategic consultancy, which will work closely with Groupe Arnault.’
