Nuance gets new $179m credit facility
By Administrator |
The Nuance Group has agreed a new Swf.235m ($179m) credit facility which replaces its previous arrangement and completes what it describes as ‘the process of financial restructuring of the group that has also included shareholder
recapitalisation of Swf.50m ($.38m).
Nuance says the mandated lead arrangers for the new facility are Banca Intesa, Calyon, Capitalia and Unicredit Banca Mobiliare.
Roberto Graziani, President & CEO The Nuance Group, comments: ‘This will provide the correct financial platform for the company to operate its existing concessions and seize future opportunities as they arise.’
