Nub Cigar

The new-look packaging for Nub Cigar.

Nub Cigar has revealed a refreshed look with sleek and modernised packaging that pays reference to the brand’s innovative and bold character.

The new look is characterised by clean lines, elevated textures and a refined colour palette for a stronger shelf presence – all while retaining Nub’s signature shape, size and flavour.

Alongside the packaging makeover comes a new website – www.nubcigar.com – and Instagram account.

“This packaging makeover is about evolution, not change,” said Fred Vandermarliere, the third-generation owner of VCF Cigars who purchased the Nub Cigar brand along with Oliva Cigar in 2016.

“We want the outside of the box to reflect the confidence, boldness, and originality our cigars have always delivered.

“The blends that built our reputation – those stay untouched.”

The update is described by VCF as paying tribute to Nub Cigar’s roots while looking firmly toward the future.

While the packaging has received a facelift, the blends remain exactly the same: from the smooth Connecticut to the full-bodied Habano (the brand’s best seller) and the rich Maduro.
