Oliva Cigar Co creates football-shaped humidor
By Trbusiness Editor |
[UPDATED] Oliva Cigar Company has unveiled a limited-edition humidor designed in the shape of a football.
The Oliva Serie V Melanio Gran Reserva Limitada World Cup 2026 Edition contains 24 Serie V Melanio Double Toro format (6 x 60) cigars, split evenly between Natural and Maduro wrappers.
The cigars are produced in Nicaragua and have undergone an extended post-roll ageing period of around three years.
The Serie V Melanio range represents one of Oliva’s flagship offerings. This limited-edition release builds on that foundation with additional ageing intended to refine flavour and enhance collectability.
The football-themed humidor has been designed to appeal to collectors and premium cigar consumers seeking a distinctive presentation piece.
Oliva Cigar Company Owner Fred Vandermarliere commented: “Everybody sees the goals, everybody hears the cheers, but the true power of legends lies in the way they took the gift of nature and turned it into a craft – and the craft itself is a new gift to the world.
“It is not about wanting to be the best. It is about becoming a synonym for the game itself. Such is what we aspire to each day at Oliva Cigar Company. It was our desire for supreme craftsmanship that helped us design one of the most beautiful cigar keepsakes of all time.”
