On The Lookout: William Grant & Sons’ app underpins support for travel retail

The app has been launched as part of an integrated programme to support WG&S’ global travel retail staff and customers.

Global teams can access up-to-date information and brand experiences from William Grant & Sons (WG&S) via a new app.

The Lookout, developed with partner Quantum, supports global travel retail staff such as brand ambassadors and customers.

Lindsay Hitzeroth, Head of Customer Marketing, GTR – William Grant & Sons, says that few channels have been as directly affected as global travel retail over the past few years.

During this time the company has made an effort to organise regular virtual get-togethers and tastings plus a few special treats to lift staff morale, such as live gigs and appearances from some of the master distillers.

“The Lookout app gives us the perfect platform to continue our commitment and support of GTR, helping our passionate team across the globe access the most up-to-date information and brand experiences so that they can, in turn, share our incredible world with their customers,” said Hitzeroth.
