Travel retail beauty distributor On The Mark Consultancy has promoted Katy Mason to Chief Commercial Officer ahead of its 10th anniversary in 2024.
Mason’s promotion follows a period of portfolio expansion and growth for the Bon Voyage Discovery Box since 2019.
She has worked in the beauty and travel industry for over 20 years, and brings 12 years of commercial experience in both GTR and domestic markets to the new role.
Mason says she is looking forward to continuing to develop the business and deliver on its strategy for international awareness.
In addition Lisa White has joined the team as Brand Manager. White has a strong travel retail buying background, having previously held roles with Tourvest.
She has worked across various airlines including British Airways, Kenya Airways SAA, Virgin Atlantic, and more.
“With the results of a strong summer period and a high-performing year overall, we’re looking to build an infrastructure for further growth, progression, and development,” said On The Mark Founder and Managing Director, Mark Brewer.
“To facilitate this planned growth, I’m delighted to announce key personnel changes with immediate effect.”
He continued: “Katy’s unwavering loyalty and success since she joined the team in 2019 has maintained effective and strong working-relationships.

Brewer also welcomed White to the team. “Lisa is a wonderful addition to the On The Mark family and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in travel retail,” he said.
In April, On The Mark launched the new TREX Morphe Runway Ready eyeshadow palette onboard EasyJet. The product has been designed especially to appeal to holidaymakers seeking to elevate their makeup routine.
A launch for the palette on board Jet2.com followed in May 2023.
