Paton’s launches Suncoast Gold range into GTR

Paton’s is launching the Suncoast Gold range of dry roasted and flavoured Australian macadamia nut products into global travel retail.
Paton’s acquired the Suncoast Gold macadamias’ retail products business in May 2012, together with a perpetual licence to use the Suncoast Gold branding. Suncoast Gold is a specialist in Australian macadamia sourcing, cracking, dry roasting and flavouring.
The new Suncoast Gold portfolio features premium grade dry roasted macadamias, flavoured with either abalone, wasabi or honey, as well as a range of unsalted, sea salted and macadamia and cashew mix with sea salt varieties.
Products are packaged in 30g flow-wrap packs for snacking on airlines or in transit at airports, and in 300g block bottom packs with reclose feature and description in five different languages (traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian and English) for international travel retail outlets.
The first stocks of the Suncoast Gold macadamia range will be shipped out in October.
