Newmark Retail UK & EMEA has been appointed to advise British independent design firm Paul Smith on its travel retail expansion strategy.

In a statement, Newmark identifies opportunities to grow the fashion label within airport duty free and cruise line channels.

The real estate advisory service will work alongside Paul Smith’s team to support its development around the globe at a time of boundless growth for DF&TR markets in the post-pandemic recovery.

The Newmark team will return to the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference (29 Sept – 03 October) with a high-visibility Paul Smith space, replete with merchandise including fashion and accessories.

Simon Black, Executive Managing Director and Head of Travel Retail for Newmark Retail, said: “Paul Smith is an instantly recognisable brand around the globe and is one of Britain’s greatest designers.

“Our expertise, experience and insight in the travel retail sector gives us so many fantastic opportunities. We are really thrilled to be able to represent such an established brand as it embarks on a growth strategy in this channel.”
