Perfetti Van Melle promotes Michiel Goedvolk to Director Global Travel Retail

Michiel Goedvolk has worked at PVM for 17-and-a-half years.

Michiel Goedvolk has ascended to the position of Director Global Travel Retail at Perfetti Van Melle.

Goedvolk, who has been with the Dutch multinational confectionery and gum firm for 17-and-a-half years, will take over from Dennis van der Wulp after he assumed the role of Export Director focusing on European expansion.

During his long career with PVM, Goedvolk has worked in various marketing roles at Group and Benelux region level for key brands Chupa Chups, Mentos, Lene, Smint and Frisk.

Industry welcome at TR Consumer Forum

Goedvolk said: “I am looking forward to learning more about the global travel retail market and how travelling consumers and shoppers behave when they purchase confectionery. I am excited to become part of this dynamic, international world.”
