PyD acquires Twelve Beauty skincare brand; launches new business unit

PyD has created a new business unit following its majority acquisition of Twelve Beauty, the skincare brand founded in 2012 by pharmacist and cosmetic scientist Pedro Catalá. The new unit will focus on conscious beauty, responsible innovation and global growth.
Combining science and nature, Twelve Beauty has built a solid reputation for clean, effective, and dermatologically advanced formulas, crafted using organic ingredients. The brand cultivates its own orange and olive groves, thereby ensuring purity and provenance, and a commitment to sustainability.
Celebrity fans include Emma Watson, Glenn Close, Lesley Manville, Naomie Harris and Elle MacPherson. With a robust digital presence, the brand is sold in select premium retailers across Hong Kong, Shanghai, the UK, Paris, San Francisco and Los Angeles, among other global cities.
