TRBusiness and event partner m1nd-set are delighted to confirm that registration is now open for the 2023 TR Consumer Forum.
As was announced last week, the third instalment of the industry’s only consumer centric conference will take place in Vienna from 21-23 June 2023.
Delegates will be warmly welcomed by our Host Sponsor, Vienna International Airport, at the company owned AirportCity Space business park, which is located within direct vicinity of the terminal building.
This year’s edition of the conference has been curated under the theme of ‘Facing the Future; Preparing for Tomorrow’s Consumer Today’ and will address a number of top priority topics to help stakeholders strategise and stay relevant to the travelling consumer from all regions.

The conference has been extended for 2023, with an extra half-day educational session taking place on Wednesday afternoon (21 June).
The new session, titled Green Shoots Exchange, will focus solely on sustainability. It will provide a platform for new ideas, products and services that bear a strong social and/or environmental DNA, especially for new and recent entrants to the industry.
How to book your tickets
Duty free and travel retail stakeholders can now book their tickets to the 2023 TR Consumer Forum and take advantage of the early bird rate of £595, which is only available until 30 April 2023. The standard delegate rate of £795 will apply thereafter.
“Ticket pricing has been created to provide industry stakeholders with unrivalled value,” said Ben Webb, Managing Director of TRBusiness.
“All delegates are guaranteed to gain a deep understanding of the latest consumer trends, with an expertly curated, exclusive and up to the minute research presented by m1nd-set during the two-day conference.
“Also included are multiple opportunities to network and socialise with industry colleagues. These include the opening cocktail, networking dinner, coffee breaks and our closing cocktail – many of which will be providing a unique sense of place – more details on this are coming soon.”
