By Faye Bartle |
Registrations are clocking up ahead of the early bird discount deadline of 18 July for the TRBusiness and m1nd-set organised TR Consumer Forum, which is taking place from 4-6 September at the Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol.
The travel retail industry’s only consumer centric conference, now in its second instalment, has attracted an impressive line-up of participants since registrations opened in May.
Confirmed attendees and sponsors added during the past week alone include Gateretail, Chanel, Kaner Duty Free, Retail & Food Services, Marine City Duty Free and Coty, as well as Haribo as a Lunch Break Sponsor and Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, which is supporting the conference as a Platinum Sponsor.
This is in addition to already confirmed attendees including Dufry, Aer Rianta International, Athens International Airport, Dubai Duty Free, Heathrow Airport, IDFTA, Lagardère Travel Retail, Vantage Airport Group, Cyprus Duty Free (the Host Sponsor of the event), plus many more.
Prospective delegates are now running out of time to save £100 and register for only £595 by taking advantage of the early bird discount.
Once the early bird discount ends, the standard delegate rate of £695 will apply.
The full line-up of attendees to date can be viewed on the dedicated website: travelretailconsumerforum.com.
“TR Consumer Forum delegates will gain access to exclusive consumer research from m1nd-set worth six figures in value,” said Nigel Hardy, Owner and Joint Managing Director, TRBusiness.
“This has been compiled especially to help companies cater for consumer expectations as passenger numbers continue to rebound following the pandemic.
“Attendees can also take the opportunity to learn from an abundance of industry-leading retailers, airports, cruise lines and suppliers on stage as they present the latest consumer perspectives on a range of pertinent topics, and meet them in person during the many networking events.”
As reported, a high-powered line-up of speakers, including Cyprus Minister of Transport, Communications & Works, Yiannis Karousos, has been revealed for the welcome speech and keynote sessions.
This in in addition to a fantastic selection of speakers for the six additional in-depth sessions on the agenda – more details of which will be revealed soon.
The conference presents lots of opportunities to network with industry colleagues with opening cocktails, lunches, coffee breaks, plus the networking dinner.
PRIZES FOR DELEGATES
As well as benefitting from the high-quality insights delivered by the conference programme, there are some exciting prizes available to TR Consumer Forum delegates.
The first 200 registered delegates will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five gifts from Platinum Sponsor E. Gluck.
Plus, all attendees will stand a chance of winning up to €9,000 in duty free shopping vouchers courtesy of Host Sponsor Cyprus Duty Free.
Another prize in the running for all registered delegates is a luxury champagne helicopter ride over London, courtesy of Partner Sponsor Artisan People.
Hardy added: “We are looking forward to welcoming industry leaders to this year’s TR Consumer Forum at what is set to be an extremely informative, data-rich event that will help airports, retailers and suppliers to stay a step ahead when it comes to catering to evolving consumer needs.”
