Sue Y. Nabi to take the helm at Coty as Peter Harf rises to Executive Chairman

Beauty conglomerate Coty Inc. has announced Sue Y. Nabi as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Nabi will take up her position on 1 September.
Current Chairman and CEO Peter Harf ascends to Executive Chairman and will work closely with Nabi on Coty’s transformation.
As the Co-founder and CEO of ultra luxury skincare brand Orveda, Nabi previously spent 20 years at L’Oréal where she served as Worldwide President for L’Oréal – the youngest to hold the position in the company’s history – and Lancôme.
‘RENOWNED’ BEAUTY CHAMPION
She is renowned for championing beauty and beauty marketing at L’Oréal, particularly in boosting growth for its makeup brands and introducing transformative campaigns for cosmetics and skincare touching a more global demographic.
Nabi holds an Advanced Master’s degree in Marketing Management from ESSEC (Paris Business School) and an engineering degree in Agronomy and Environment,
Harf commented: “Sue is renowned as a visionary and ongoing game-changer whose outstanding creativity is celebrated in the beauty industry. I am proud that she now wants to bring her unique sense of inspiration to Coty.”
