Swarovski is launching a new love-inspired collection of jewellery for spring/summer 2020 celebrating the #InfiniteSpark between loved ones, which is especially relevant for this time of year when many around the world celebrate Valentine’s Day (14 February).

“This Valentine’s Day, Swarovski takes inspiration from the sparks of energy that ignite a journey of infinite love,” said the brand.

“The Collection shines a new light on romantic symbols, and is full of meaningful gifts showcasing new colorways and silhouettes.”

To commemorate this new collection, Swarovski is celebrating love stories ‘in all their forms’.

“Swarovski will celebrate how this extraordinary spark blossoms into a journey of never-ending love, from the very first moment eyes meet and sparks fly, to the ways we fuel that spark and keep it burning bright,” added Swarovski.

Swarovski’s Creative Director, Nathalie Colin, explains the inspiration behind the new Valentine’s Day Collection: “Love is the energy of life. During the most romantic time of the year, we wanted to show how illuminating this energy can be, making people feel more brilliant, brighter and loved.

“We’ve transformed iconic symbols into stylish pieces designed to capture hearts around the world.”

New pieces include the Infinity Cuff – featuring polished gold-plating and Swarovski crystal pavé – the Lifelong Heart Pierced Earrings; the Swarovski Sparkling Dance Collection – including a colorful Swarovski crystal pavé rainbow, a ladybird in flight and a lucky cat.

Swarovski has also extended its popular line with designs centered on the concept of ‘you and me’. Each one features two closely positioned Swarovski crystals that symbolize the eternal bond between soulmates.

The new SS20 collection includes the introduction of two new ‘on-trend colours’ – the silk crystal and the clear crystal – to the popular heart-shaped Bella Earring Line.

Two other lines include the Swarovski Remix Collection and the Crystal Frost Timepiece. “With the innovative clasp system, each piece can easily be transformed into a new look by connecting with other Swarovski Remix Collection strands,” said Swarovski.

“This season, Swarovski channels the romantic energy of the occasion by reintroducing the Crystal Frost Timepiece in a new rose colour. Adorned with 178 Swarovski crystals and floral detailing on the dial, this timepiece celebrates femininity and style.”

The Valentine’s Day campaign kick-starts the story of the Swarovski SS20 season, which sees the brand tell stories that ‘reflect the transformative power of energy’.
