TFWA has announced that Sylvie Lavagno has rejoined the TFWA Board as Vice President Marketing; while YSL BEAUT?'s Christophe Marque, Bacardi's Andrew Carter and R?my Cointreau's Matthew Hodges have joined the TFWA Management Committee.

Sylvie Lavagno has rejoined as Vice President Marketing on the TFWA Board after a short absence following her resignation from YSL BEAUT? and subsequent appointment as Parfums Christian Dior's International Director Travel Retail in March. She now replaces Andr? de Bausset – formerly of Dior – who has now moved to a senior position with Cognac Hennessy.

At the same time, YSL BEAUT? has appointed Christophe Marque as its new Global Travel Retail Director and he takes over the company's seat on the Management Committee. The departure of Maurice Doyle from Bacardi to become Global Marketing Director at William Grant & Sons has also signalled the arrival of Andrew Carter at Bacardi who will officially take Bacardi's seat on the TFWA Management Committee from August 1.

Following the relocation of Peter Sant, Managing Director R?my Cointreau Global Travel Retail to Singapore, Matthew Hodges, European Director, R?my Cointreau GTR has now taken his seat on the Management Committee, with TFWA acknowledging Sant's valuable service over the last decade.

TFWA President Erik Juul-Mortensen said: ‘On behalf of the TFWA Board and Management Committee I wish to pay tribute to Andr?, Maurice and Peter whose commitment to the Association has contributed significantly to its development. We are pleased to welcome their respective successors and we thank them in anticipation of the contribution they will make. I am particularly pleased to welcome Sylvie back to the Board from her new role at Parfums Christian Dior.’
