TFWA announces Cannes 2026 dates

The TFWA Cannes show will take place from 27 September to 1 October.

TFWA has confirmed strong early participation from leading brands and senior industry executives for this year’s TFWA World Exhibition & Conference, which will take place in Cannes from 27 September to 1 October.

Global luxury brands including Hermès, Chanel, Estée Lauder, Moët Hennessy and Zegna are among the confirmed exhibitors, alongside returning and first-time participants such as Fauchon, Pierre Fabre, Crocs and Molinari Italia.

The organiser also reports strong delegate registrations from senior executives representing major travel retailers including Avolta, Aer Rianta, China Duty Free Group, Dubai Duty Free, Duty Free Americas and Lagardère Travel Retail. Airport operators including Fraport, Heathrow Airport, Changi Airport Group and Istanbul Airport have also confirmed attendance, together with airlines, cruise operators, ferry companies and distributors.

The TFWA World Conference will take place on Monday 28 September, featuring keynote presentations focused on the opportunities and challenges shaping the duty free and travel retail sector. A series of industry workshops will follow throughout the exhibition, with the speaker programme to be announced in the coming weeks.

Networking will once again be a central feature of the event, beginning with the Opening Cocktail on Carlton Beach on Sunday evening. The TFWA Lounge will host daily networking sessions throughout the week, providing delegates with opportunities to meet informally outside the exhibition halls.

Qatar Duty Free has been confirmed as the main partner of the TFWA Lounge. Santa Margherita, Liviko Crafter’s, Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, Storck, Wonderful Pistachios, Pringles, Haribo and Seeberger will also support the lounge with product activations.

“TFWA World Exhibition & Conference continues to bring together the full breadth of the global duty free and travel retail industry in Cannes,” said TFWA President Sarah Branquinho.

“It is a privilege – and a mark of the importance of duty free and travel retail – to welcome many CEOs and senior leaders both from the brand and retail communities. The strong level of early exhibitor and delegate engagement, despite the many challenges of the last 12 months, reflects both the resilience of the sector and the importance of coming together to exchange ideas, build partnerships and shape future growth. We look forward to welcoming the industry once again for a week of meaningful business and dialogue.”

TFWA is encouraging delegates to complete registration before the summer break to take advantage of early registration rates. Visit the website here.
