The L’Occitane Group appoints Adriana Nicolae GM Travel Retail APAC

Premium sustainable beauty and wellness B Corp, L’Occitane Group, has announced the appointment of Adriana Nicolae as General Manager, Travel Retail APAC.
In this position, Adriana Nicolae will play a ‘vital role’ in shaping the future of L’Occitane Travel Retail with the support of the Group’s experienced APAC travel retail team.
“I am excited to lead our efforts in a dynamic sector that connects travellers with unique products and experiences,” said Nicolae.
“The APAC region is a strategic hub for travel retail with a rapidly evolving market landscape.
“I look forward to collaborating with our talented travel retail team to enhance our brands and provide exceptional customer experiences that resonate with travellers across the region.”
Nicolae has 20 years’ leadership experience and a track record of success in steering luxury beauty brand portfolios across global markets, says the company.
Throughout her career, she has held senior appointments in travel retail at Lagardère, Parfums Christian Dior and Philippe Stark Fragrances.
Prior to joining L’Occitane Group, Nicolae served as Global Director, Merchandising Beauty, at DFS Group, based in Hong Kong.
