Time and Swiss Eyewear to introduce SEKSY Swarovski

SEKSY travel retailTime Products (UK) Limited and Swiss Eyewear Group have announced that they are to introduce SEKSY sunglasses embellished with Swarovski crystals, as part of their long-term licensing agreement for the design, manufacturing and global distribution of the brand.

 

As reported previously, the Time Products global watch company is present in more than 200 airports and on board 110 airlines, while the Swiss Eyewear Group is the creator of the INVU ultra polarized sunglass brand.

 

‘PERFECTLY COMPLEMENTARY’

David Merriman, Managing Director of Time Products said: “Our two companies complement each other perfectly. The expertise of Swiss Eyewear Group in designing and engineering high-quality optical products, combined with our strong international footprint with the SEKSY brand in the global travel retail distribution channel, will create tremendous synergies.”

At the same time, Jerry Dreifuss, CEO at the Swiss Eyewear Group added: “Our design team in Zurich, Switzerland is very excited to work with this glamorous brand.

 

The embellishing of the entire SEKSY collection with precious Swarovski crystals and the corresponding co-branding adds an intriguing creativity dimension for our design and marketing teams.”

 

SEKSY COLLECTION WILL BE PRESENT AT TFWA

The company adds that the SEKSY by Swiss Eyewear Group Sunglass Collection will be unveiled during this October’s Cannes TFWA World Exhibition at a suggested retail price of between €65-€79 ($77-$94).

 

According to the Swiss Eyewear, SEKSY will be positioned in the impulse segment as the ‘perfect accessory for the fashion conscious world traveller’.

 

A small selection of these products will be available for viewing on the Time Products stand M21 in the red village at the forthcoming Cannes TFWA event.
