BIG PRESENCE FOR QATAR DUTY FREE
A highlight of the Qatar Duty Free stand is a golf simulator for golf enthusiasts to practice their best shot. Visitors can purchase the simulator from QDF, with installation and delivery also arranged.
The prestigious golf event has already seen some of the world’s leading golf players descend on Qatar’s capital city for the annual sporting extravaganza and thousands of spectators are expected to turn out to watch world-renowned golfers play during the tournament which ends on Saturday 26 January.
This year’s line-up of international stars includes former US Major winner Paul Lawrie from Scotland, German Martin Kaymer, part of Team Europe’s incredible victory at the 2012 Ryder Cup, plus ten-time European Tour winner Spaniard Sergio Garcia and the World Number One Ranked Under 15, German Dominic Foos.
Qatar Duty Free Senior Vice-President Keith Hunter said: “Every year the Qatar Masters gets even better, attracting more international stars who want to play here, and of course golf enthusiasts who travel to Doha especially for the four-day event held on the beautiful Peter-Harradine designed Doha Golf Club course.
