Dubai Duty Free’s (DDF) Executive Vice Chairman & CEO Colm McLoughlin commended attendance to the 27th Annual Dubai Duty Free Golf Cup while congratulating all the winners.

The Fire Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates hosted the tournament on Friday 11 June.

“Thanks to the team at Jumeirah Golf Estates for ensuring a safe and well-organised event and I am glad that everyone enjoyed the day despite the hot weather condition,” commented McLoughlin.

Eighty-eight players took part in the golf cup, with Mick Cairns scooping the title with 44 points, playing three gross birdies during his first 10 holes.

In the men’s division, Sam Kent placed third with 41 points, Alan McNamara came second with 44 points and – after a playoff tied on 44 points – the winner of the men’s division was Arjun Khanna.

In the ladies division, Michelle Walsh-Hall came in third place with 34 points with Mitsuko Emmerson coming in second place with 37 points.

The ladies division winner was Jacqueline De Vries with a score of 39 points.
