The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has added Philip Hancock to the Board of Directors.
Hancock is currently the Chief Financial Officer of 3Sixty Duty Free (formerly DFASS) and a Board Member of Hand in Hand for Haiti.
He joined 3Sixty Duty Free in April 2017 as Chief Accounting Officer and was promoted to CFO 12 months later.
During his time at the company he has helped to foster collaboration with The Shilla Duty Free, which agreed to purchase a 44% equity share in 3Sixty Duty Free in October.
Hancock’s previous experience includes VP Finance North America at World Duty Free Group, where he was involved with preparing the business for acquisition by Dufry in 2015.
Michael Payne, President and CEO, IAADFS said: “We are thrilled to have Philip join the Board. His level of experience will prove invaluable to IAADFS as we move forward.”
Hancock added: “I am grateful to be in a position where I can contribute towards effecting positive change for IAADFS and for the duty free and travel retail industry as a whole.”
