Airmall, airport concessions developer in North America and operator of the Airmall at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT), is opening luxury jewellery store, Erwin Pearl, as it prepares to expand the portfolio of luxury beauty and fashion stores.

The new 500sq ft store is located in the airport’s centre core, which is situated in the airside terminal and receives all departing and arriving passengers. “We’re pleased to offer travellers a unique selection of high-quality, fashionable jewellery,” said Jay Kruisselbrink, Vice President of development for Airmall USA.

“Erwin Pearl is a great addition to our diverse retail offering at the Airmall at PIT. As we prepare to open several new luxury beauty and fashion destinations in the coming months, we know that travellers will appreciate the variety of shopping options available at the airport.”

Established in 1952, Erwin Pearl offers a wide array of elegant designer pieces, including earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, pins and watches. The store incorporates hand-painted French enamels, freshwater pearls, sterling silver and 14ct gold.

Erwin Pearl also offers their customisable ‘Me Me’ collection, which includes a wide selection of charms for necklaces or bracelets. The company’s Maya collection features a selection of ‘artistic jewellery’, including bracelets, earrings, bangles, rings and necklaces. The pieces are said to be inspired by artists such as Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso.

Airmall USA is the developer and manager of the retail, food and beverage operations at Pittsburgh International Airport, Boston Logan International Airport (terminals B and E), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Airmall USA boasts among ‘the highest per-passenger spends on the continent’ and has received various accolades for innovation and customer service in previous years.
