Alex Borbolla joins Tito’s Vodka in international sales & marketing role

Tito’s Handmade Vodka has appointed Alex Borbolla as International Commercial Manager.
Borbolla will manage sales and marketing strategies with Tito’s distributors in Latin America/Caribbean, Europe/Middle East, Asia Pacific and global duty free.
Based out of Miami, Borbolla reports to Tito’s Managing Director International John McDonnell.
Tito’s new International Commercial Manager boasts a wealth of experience in the global beverage industry, having begun his career in 1992 with Seagram Spirits and Wine Group in the Caribbean and Latin America.
He went on to lead Jose Cuervo International’s tequila and rum portfolio and oversaw distributor relationships in key markets in the Americas and Asia.
RICH EXPERIENCE
In his role as Jose Cuervo Regional Commercial Director for Latin America/Caribbean, Borbolla led the company’s expansion in the market and helped brand portfolio volume reach half a million cases.
This secured Jose Cuervo’s position as the category’s top-selling brand in the region.
McDonnell commented: “Alex has an impressive 25-year track record in the international drinks industry, managing and building iconic brands such as Chivas Regal, Absolut, Jose Cuervo and 1800 Tequila.
