ALFA Brands to represent Bombata in US duty free

The Italian company is relishing the opportunity to expand its presence in North American travel retail as a result of the partnership.
Duty Free agent ALFA Brands has partnered with Italian company Bombata Corporation, a provider of colourful briefcases, laptop and tablet cases. The partnership covers Canadian and US northern border duty free stores.
The brainchild and creation of Italian designer Fabio Guidoni, the Bombata design has been featured in modern art museum stores, such as the MoMa in New York City.
Available in various colours, they serve as an accessory for men and women with plenty of folders and pockets to store extra items such as documents, folders and laptop cables.
Guidoni said: “We are excited to extend our presence in North American travel retail. We are proud that a well-established company like ALFA Brands has recognised our potential and has decided to partner with us.
IDEAL PARTNER
“We are an Italian company and very much driven by feelings. I immediately had the impression that ALFA Brands was the ideal partner to transmit our enthusiasm and passion to our clients in North America.”
Amy Hildreth, ALFA Brands Operations Manager added: “We are very excited to introduce this fun fashion forward, on trend range of bags to our customers.
“Bombata offers a complimentary stainless-steel rack display with the opening order, which allows the retailer to properly showcase these eye-catching colourful bags that will drive the consumer to the display out of curiosity. We believe it is a perfect fit for travel retail.”
