Anne-Klein-DFD-watchesTravel retail regional distributor Duty Free Dynamics (DFD) has added Anne Klein watches – a licensed brand of E. Gluck Corporation – to its portfolio.

DFD now acts as the exclusive distributor for Anne Klein watches for independent operators in travel retail North America and the Caribbean.

The move is designed to match consumer demand for more accessibly priced fashion watches, with Anne Klein bolstering a DFD watch category already featuring Oris, Frédérique Constant, Junghans, Seiko, Guess and Timex.

According to DFD, the new range exudes versatility and sophistication and has a broad and loyal following as a leading ladies’ fashion watch brand.

MAKING A STATEMENT

Each Anne Klein watch is manufactured with high-quality materials including genuine diamonds, Swarovski crystals, ceramic bracelets and genuine leather straps, says DFD.

The product range extends to box sets with a watch and self-adjusting bracelets, with the best-selling AK/3001SVRT with authentic Swarovski crystal accents included in the DFD assortment.

Rob Robertaccio, VP of Global and Travel Retail Sales for E. Gluck Corporation said: “As veterans of the travel retail industry for many years, we are excited to be part of the DFD portfolio of brands.

“We hope our dynamic assortment of fashion watches at affordable price points will continue to serve the growing demand for Anne Klein timepieces in this sector.

Monica Martinez, Brand Manager of Anne Klein watches at DFD added: “We are very excited to have partnered with a brand as iconic in women’s fashion as Anne Klein, whose assortment of timeless yet modern watches meet the demand of today’s woman, who looks for style and function.”

The addition of Anne Klein to the DFD watches range follows swiftly on the heels of Swedish brand Thule in the outdoor fashion segment.
