Bids open for two 24-month retail pop-ups at San Francisco Terminal 3

SFO serves more than 57m passengers per year.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is accepting proposals from retail operators to run two pop-up spaces at the Terminal 3 Boarding Area 3.

The 24-month agreements cover the non-exclusive sale of speciality retail merchandise. The proposal deadline is 14:00pm (local time) on Wednesday 15 January 2020.

Space one spans approximately 304sq ft and space two is nearly 429sq ft.

The minimum annual guarantee is $27,000 for space one and $36,000 for space two over the duration of the term.

TENANT IMPROVEMENT FEE

Annual rent will be the higher of the MAG or 8% of gross revenues.

In addition, tenants will pay a Tenant Improvement Reimbursement Free of $20,523 annually for space one and/or $28,962 per year for Space 2.

Last week, SFO launched request for proposals for four retail concessions covering Harvey Milk Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
