Chanel has strengthened its travel retail presence in North America with the opening of a standalone Fragrance & Beauty boutique at Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Terminal 1.

The new boutique, opened with Avolta, has been designed to deliver an immersive and personalised beauty experience for international travellers, combining the House’s heritage with a contemporary retail concept inspired by summer.

The space features Chanel’s signature design codes, blending bright tones with seasonal textures to create an environment focused on product discovery and premium customer engagement.

Travellers can explore a curated selection of fragrance, skincare and makeup products, including the Les Beiges collection, alongside the latest Spring/Summer Eyewear range featuring contemporary and classic styles.

The boutique also offers travel-ready beauty sets designed for passengers on the move, complementing Chanel’s wider portfolio of fragrances, skincare and cosmetics.

According to the brand, the new boutique has been conceived as more than a retail space, offering travellers an elevated beauty experience centred on craftsmanship, self-expression and personalised service.

“At Toronto Pearson, we’re focused on enhancing the passenger experience by offering an exceptional mix of premium and luxury retail that brings greater choice and convenience to every journey,” said Joe Daiello, Director of Concessions and Partnership Development at Toronto Pearson. “Bringing in iconic brands like Chanel gives our travellers access to world-class beauty and fragrance products whether they’re looking for a special gift, a travel essential, or a moment of indulgence before takeoff.”

“Our new Chanel boutique perfectly complements our growing duty-paid and duty-free offering at Toronto Pearson International Airport,” added Kate Herzig, Executive Vice President, Duty Free North America & Canada Retail Operations at Avolta. “Across Domestic Terminal 1, we have curated a premium shopping experience featuring some of the world’s most recognisable luxury brands, elevating the travel experience for millions of passengers. Together with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Chanel, and our exceptional team members at Toronto Pearson, we’ve demonstrated that when you place the traveller at the center of all you do, the airport  becomes more than a gateway. It becomes a destination.”

The Chanel Fragrance & Beauty boutique is now open in Terminal 1 at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
