Mission Yogurt and Love from USA Group have teamed up to unveil three new marketplaces at Denver International Airport (DEN). Both are ACDBE-certified, family-owned businesses.

Black Canyon and Long Peak Market & Goods are open now at DEN Concourse C. High Dune Market & Goods is set to open in late October.

All three offer a selection of both edible and artisan goods that represent local Colorado lifestyle and culture.

Denver-based Mission Yogurt owns and operates F&B concepts including Root Down DIA and Erai’s Bakery Café. The minority-owned business has 35 years of airport experience, and today operates almost 30 F&B and retail concepts across DEN, San Diego International Airport SAN, and John Wayne International Airport.

Women-owned Love from USA Group has more than 45 years of specialty retail, travel, news and convenience experience. It is active in 19 locations across Colorado, Minnesota, Chicago, and Florida. It has a social entrepreneurship initiative called The Red Heart Project where it partners with local community groups.

Black Canyon Market & Goods opened on Saturday 16 September with an array of local brands spanning Bee Squared, Taste of The Rockies, Bee Grateful Farm, Hammond’s and Colorado Popcorn Company.

The space also stocks artisans such as Hunters Hope Soap and Staut Creations’ hand-crafted wood décor.

In addition, the marketplace offers wrapped souvenirs, as well as quality food grand-and-go items.

Next to open was Longs Peak Market & Goods which offers reading materials, stationery, easily forgotten electronics accessories, and sports merchandise.

It also stocks snacks and beverages from Kettlehead Popcorn and The Good Crisp Company. A cooler offers grab-and-go food including items that meet dietary requirements.

Set to open in the coming weeks is High Dune Market & Goods in Concourse B. It will feature local brands including Detailed by Nature, Colorado Kernels, Yo Colorado and more.

The retail spaces also offer grab-and-go F&B

As part of a collaboration with local and regional chefs, the grab-and-go menu offers authentic Colorado tastes and seasonal ingredients.

“This partnership is a force, and we are so happy to be partnering with Mission Yogurt in this endeavour,” said Patricia Chinander, CEO and owner of Love From USA Group, Inc.

“Both teams bring different strengths that complement each other well, and because of that, we look forward to bringing another extraordinary retail experience to the travellers at DEN.”

Mission Yoghurt founder Rod Tafoya added: “We couldn’t be more excited about this partnership.

“In addition to our commitment to advocating for – and partnering with – small businesses, Mission Yogurt has always worked hard to provide the best of Colorado to the travelling public through our restaurants, and now we’re able to do both on an even larger level with our first foray into retail.”

Earlier this year, Dufry-owned Hudson opened a House Of LR&C boutique at Denver International, the brand’s first store in an airport setting.
