Double win for Paradies Lagardère at ACI-NA concessions awards 2019

Paradies Lagardère was honoured twice at the Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) 2019 Excellence in Airport Concessions Awards.

The North American travel retailer gained ‘First Place, Best New Consumer Service Concept: U.S. Careways, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’, and ‘First Place, Best New Food and Beverage Concept – quickservice: Limon Rotisserie, San Francisco International Airport’.

The awards and gala dinner, which recognise success in commercial innovation at airports, took place on 12 June during the 2019 Business of Airports Conference at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Gregg Paradies, President and CEO, Paradies Lagardère commented: “We are very excited and proud to receive first-place awards in both the dining and retail categories.

“This recognition from ACI-NA is a testament to the hard work of our team members, who ensure we continue our industry-leading innovation, customer service and superior designs.”
