Ellery Plowman named Fraport USA Vice President, Business Development

Fraport USA has named Ellery Plowman as new Vice President, Business Development.
Plowman brings more than 30 years of experience, primarily in the airport sector, to Fraport USA’s executive team. Her expertise covers retail management, operations, purchasing, commercial real estate leasing and business development.
According to the company, she combines her expertise with a ‘unique perspective’ on all aspects of airport retail business, ranging from her roles in management to overseeing Airport, Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise programmes.

Prior to joining Fraport, Plowman formed her own consulting company, Ellco Llc. This followed a successful career with Westfield and Rosetta Stone. At Ellco, she continued her focus on enhancing the passenger experience and maximising revenue at major airports and other transportation venues in all phases of concession and concept development.
For Westfield’s airport concessions division, Plowman held the position of Vice President Development and Leasing Management and contributed to the expansion of its business and company footprint at Chicago O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5 and six terminals at Los Angeles International Airport.
Plowman, who holds a bachelor’s degree, concentrating in marketing and merchandising spearheaded the expansion strategy for Rosetta Stone retail in airports before joining Westfield.
