Go Travel lifts distribution to 154 Marshall Retail stores in US airports

By Luke Barras-hill |

Travel accessories firm Go Travel has extended its partnership with InMotion resulting in the former’s branded products being distributed to an additional 37 stores operated by Marshall Retail Group (MRG).

WHSmith-owned MRG’s shops, located in key airport locations in the US, offers Go Travel a springboard to increase its travel retail visibility.

Travellers can shop from a full range of travel accessories, including Go Travel’s US-produced memory foam pillow American Dreamer.

Stephen Worden, Go Travel General Manager said: “Our relationship with InMotion is better than ever, and our expansion to these key US markets bodes well for future growth in the North American market. So far in 2022, we’ve seen strong performance in the US, driven by domestic travel.

Capitalising on travel return

Pete Newbould, Senior Vice President of InMotion, added: “We’re now starting to see international travel return rapidly, and this is the perfect time to be bringing Go Travel’s comprehensive range of solutions to our customers in our news & gift stores.

“MRG is committed to creating unique experiences, with our store environments and our products tailored to the respective local market. We’re looking forward to working with Go Travel to match its wide range of travel solutions to the needs of our customers across North America.”

The MRG retail expansion plans follow the May 2021 launch of InMotion’s ‘Quad’ front-of-store display stand, which displays Go Travel’s full range of accessories and pillows within a small retail footprint.
