GUESS’ new travel retail range at Basle

GUESS Jewellery is to unveil its FW 2011 Travel Retail Collection at BaselWorld 2011 next month (A90 Hall 2.2), featuring the best-selling styles from its full product range.
The company says that the GUESS Jewellery Travel Retail assortment has been developed specifically for airports and airlines around the world. The programme includes ‘a unique self-service rotating fixture, inflight box programme, and case-line display options.
The company said: “The unique rotating fixture features packaging that has been designed with a transparent window which allows shoppers to easily view the available styles. The fixture also features locked storage compartments and wheels for convenience.
“The inflight packaging has been specifically designed to be compact for easy storage, while maintaining signature GUESS branding elements. In addition, lifestyle images are available for advertising.”
SEASONAL MARKETING SHOWCASES
In addition, the company says that the horizontal showcase assortment features a combination of the latest from the FW 2011 collection, as well as its core signature styles. Representing the GUESS lifestyle the showcases are merchandised with seasonal marketing statements.
The company added: “All Travel Retail programmes feature consistent elements of the GUESS Jewellery Collection. Irresistible designs of signature motifs hearts, keys, locks, and logos are available in a variety of plating colours, genuine crystals, and unique details.
“GUESS Jewellery plans to expand its travel retail business starting at key airport locations and inflight retailers.”
GUESS is currently distributed in over 60 countries worldwide and the company claims that its jewellery is now one of the fastest growing categories in the GUESS portfolio.
