Guillaume_GeslinportraitThe Estée Lauder Companies has named Guillaume Geslin as Vice President, General Manager for the Travel Retail Americas division, effective 1 July.

Geslin succeeds Nathan Moris, who has moved to a new position with the beauty giant. In the interim, Israel Assa, Senior Vice President/General Manager, Business Operations, Travel Retail Worldwide, will continue to act as Acting General Manager for Travel Retail Americas until Geslin begins in his post.

In his new position, Geslin will direct the Group’s brand portfolio to maximise consumers’ experiences while expanding partnerships with retailers to widen distribution in the region.

GROUP EXPERIENCE

He already boasts an impressive track record at Estée Lauder, having joined the company in 2016 as Vice President and General Manager for Bobbi Brown within the APAC region.

Responsible for 13 countries and more than 450 stores, Geslin grew the makeup and skincare brand’s appeal and relevancy in the market to make APAC its top region by driving its exposure and delivering new-to-market activations through affiliates.

Geslin holds a Batchelor of Science in Economy from the University of Paris X and attended Insead’s Asian International Executive Programme in Singapore.

Assa commented: “Guillaume’s rich international experience across the beauty and retail space makes him a fantastic addition to our Travel Retail team.

“We’re confident Guillaume’s innovative approach to the consumer experience, passion for local relevancy and collaborative spirit will make him a valued leader and partner to the Travel Retail Americas region.”
