Cochin Duty Frees apartment winner

Cochin Duty Free has found its winner of a brand new luxury apartment through its Full House contest raffle held in association with Diageo at Cochin International Airport.
Customers were invited to spend $20 on Diageo brands to qualify for the lucky draw which was attended by Mr. S.Bharat, Managing Director, Cochin International Airport, Mr. R.Krithivasan – Director Travel Retail Diageo India & South Asia, Mr. Gopi Menon – General Manager Alpha Kreol, Mr. Garth and Ms. Chetika Hapugalle of Alpha Orient Lanka, and Mr. Sany Francis – MD Holy Faith Builders.
The winner was Mr.P.P. Davis, a Keralite, working as a clerk in the G-6 construction company in Dubai.He is now the proud owner of a new 1,115sq ft two bedroom-hall-kitchen luxury apartment at the Four Square Manor. Located in the heart of Cochin in an exclusive locality, the complex offers modern facilities like a children?s park, centralized gas supply, drivers room, roof top party area and intercom facilities.
The Johnnie Walker Full House contest ran from December 2006 to the end of March 2007 and was brought to consumers by Diageo, in association with Cochin International Airport Limited; Alpha Kreol and Holy Faith Builders & Developers. Besides the lucky draw, customers also received scratch cards with their purchases affording them further discounts off subsequent purchases from the duty free shop.

He added that due to such promotions and maintaining the lowest regional prices, the turnover of Cochin Duty Free for the year 2006-07 has already reached 32crores which shows a growth rate of over 40% compared to the last year.
‘This mega contest has stirred up great excitement in Cochin with fantastic participation during the past four months. Never before have we received such an overwhelming response to our duty free promotional schemes,’ said Alpha Kreol?s Gopi Menon.
